Hey Siri

Sets whether iPhone listens for “Siri” or “Hey Siri” to activate Siri with your voice.

In iOS 27

Settings then Siri then Requests then “Siri” or “Hey Siri”

“Tap Requests, then do any of the following: Turn on “Siri” or “Hey Siri”: Tap “Siri” or “Hey Siri” (or “Hey Siri”), then follow the instructions to set it up.” — Apple User Guide

Moved in iOS 27. Before that: Settings → Siri → Talk to Siri.
